After so many years of success and also the bad times of one of the most well known and most influential band in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and in later days mainland China. Starting everything as early as 1980's, so many awards had been won, so many successful concerts they had been on stage, so many radio-blasting songs they had wrote for their own band.
Beyond is COMING TO KUCHING!
A lil' bit of info of Beyond.
Their music mostly about issuing current issues, voicing out the society problems, finding peace and out of hundreds of songs, maybe only five of it are love songs. Winning so many awards, changing the Chinese music era and evolve it into something new, Beyond were sometimes call, "The Chinese Beatles"

But on June 24th, 1993. It was a sad day for many fans.
The lead singer of Hong Kong-based band Beyond, Huang Jiaju or pronounced in Cantonese Wong Ka Kui, fell off a broken stage during a game show in Japan and died of massive head injuries. He was only 31 years old. But later after that in 1999, they announced that they would pursue their own solo career, Therefore, during 2005, they performed their last concert with the remaining under the Beyond name and announced their final split.
On, 15th of January 2010, after so many years...
Two members of the original band, Paul Wong and Steve Wong Ka-Keung (the Biological brother of the Main Vocalist Wong Ka-Kui) will be performing live at Perpaduan Stadium Indoor Kuching Live! Tiger Beer as the main sponsor, held plenty of events around town and you can win tickets for the concerts with only drinking, it is as simply as that! Waiting for them to come...
