With Manchester United starting to defend their titles with the departure of legendary Van Der Sar and also the small yet dangerous Paul Scholes, they played against West Brom which now runs by ex-Liverpool manager, Roy Hodgson.

As many Manchester United fans' celebrating their first winning, the rest of the Premier League giants only managed to equalise, Chelsea only finished their 90th minutes against Stoke City (Home), goal-less. Their new manager Andre Villas-Boas definitely will be under some pressure now.

Apart from that, another goal-less draw which played at St.James Park between Newcastle and Arsenal, which recently are raining with rumours of their key players which could be leaving the club in just the matter of time, Nasri and Fabregas. Arsene Wenger which is now looking to sign Cahill from Bolton needs to build his midfield.

A transfer which cost them a fortune, Luis Suarez managed to score a goal but at the earlier minutes, he missed one too, while the 10 men Sunderland (Black Cats) not giving up, scored to equalise through their free transfer Seb Larsson, former Birmingham midfielder.
