Poker

Poker, a game, combination of luck, skills and psychology. History and everything else is referable in Wikipedia so I would not write anything about that, a short yet simple one, it is worth a try and if you never did learn how to play, do try, you can start learning with no money involve, there are plenty of version in Facebook, either it is hold'em or any other kind, just look for it online, you can challenge other players worldwide.

But it is nothing compare to the real life poker involving real hard-cold-cash. Well, do learn how to control too for it might be 'hurtful' at the end of the day, when you learn you have nothing left in pocket. :) As I mentioned in the beginning of the post, poker is a combination of luck, skills and psychology, you need all those mindset, and strategy to win, poker is unlike Black Jack which 90% of it depends on luck. Even you have a bad hand of cards, you may win the pot. Trust me, every poker players know this.

But honestly speaking, there is this one type of poker which I never get to play, even I might have the chance, I might not have the guts to play, which is :) The Strip Poker!

Harvest Festival: Culinary Celebration of a Bountiful Harvest

Its the mid of June already, and it is already the mid of year, but in Malaysia, which in this case, Sarawak, we are like usual, showered with the blessing of plentiful celebration and for this month, we are celebrating the Harvest Festival or locals called it "Hari Gawai".

And what is celebration without food eh? it is like beer without ciggies or facebook without status :)

Here, Grand Margherita Hotel offer great food upon the wonderful celebration (these food are local delicacy which are served most of the time during Harvest Festival, and how could such opportunity be wasted right? with some of other bloggers, we were invited by the hotel for free lunch. And it was as LEGEND...(wait for it) DARY! LEGENDARY as Patrick Neil Harris' birthday yesterday :) Talk no more, lets scroll on!

The hidden paradise of Bau

It was Sunday and it was school holiday, when I scrolled around in facebook, many complained that they were having much stress during final examination but yet, are darn bored during holiday time which I would say blame nobody but yourself for that. I went out for breakfast on that very Sunday morning, and when I reached home, I was like, "lets hit the road and cruise to somewhere" So I did, more to like a person who just do the whole thing without planning, just hit it! So this is where it leads me to...the hidden paradise of Bau.
